I would like to give feedback to the hospital in regards to my experience with Dr. Stormont and the staff of Lafayette Hospital + Clinics. I have always lived an active lifestyle enjoying golf and lifting weights along with cardiovascular exercises. I experienced hip and back pain that was inhibiting these activities and making it difficult to do everyday activities including walking without taking considerable pain medication.

Dr. Stormont diagnosed my hip problem and we moved forward with a total hip replacement. My meetings with Dr. Stormont reinforced my confidence that he was an excellent surgeon and I would have a great outcome. He was very personable and had a caring attitude toward my health issue. The surgery team took great care of me and the staff post-surgery, again, was very personable and caring. My outcome is excellent. I am able to golf, lift weights, walk, and bike. I have been able to eliminate pain medication and I am back to the activity level that I was hoping to achieve but wasn’t sure was possible. I would like to thank Dr. Stormont and the excellent staff at Lafayette Hospital + Clinics. The care was excellent. The results were excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Stormont!

Being a new patient to LHC, I was extremely impressed with the availability to have my knee surgery done. I had a fall and needed my kneecap replaced. LHC was able to see me fairly quickly and get me scheduled for surgery. I understand that they work their patients in, and the providers are willing to stay longer if needed. Thank you Dr. Bernardoni and the staff for being here, in our community and providing exceptional services. It's nice to be able to receive care close to home.

- New patient to MHLC

I see people hobbling around and want to tell them to get a replacement. I think that our hospital and clinics are the best! The care you get right when come in the door till the end.

- Carl Plath, Nora, IL

Dr. Dan Stormont changed my life after doing my knee surgeries. I went from nearly disabled with unbearable pain to being able to do things I did several years ago. The staff treated my husband and me like family while I was in the hospital and during the follow up appointments. I will forever be indebted.

To have a Hospital close to home is very important. It is one of the reasons we moved into the area from Rockford.

- Dale Cwynar, Argyle, WI

The healthcare received at Lafayette Hospital is excellent. There are situations when travel time to get to a healthcare facility is crucial. Twenty minutes or less, as compared to an hour or more to receive medical attention can make the difference as to whether the patient has a complete recovery.

- Doris Erickson, Argyle, WI

When you are going through a medical crises, it’s wonderful to be surrounded by family, friends, and community to draw strength and support from them. The staff at Lafayette Hospital ARE family, friends, and community, and that is a BIG positive factor.

- Beth Gierhart, Argyle, WI

At Lafayette Hospital + Clinics, the personnel are professional in their jobs, caring, and make you feel very confident that your family member is in good hands. It is nice to know that the hospital has the staff and equipment to take care of any problems that may arise. Lafayette Hospital + Clinics is a wonderful part of Lafayette County.
