Billing and Financial

Thank you for choosing Lafayette Hospital + Clinics. Insurances and healthcare billing can be very confusing. Our Finance Department is here to help make the process as easy and patient-friendly as possible. Please contact us with any billing or insurance questions. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m .

 

Patient Financial Assistance Program

At Lafayette Hospital + Clinics, we take great pride in providing excellent, compassionate health care. We provide financial assistance to those patients unable to pay in full for needed health care services.

Advance care planning is for everyone –grandparents celebrating their 80th birthdays; new parents holding their newborn son; people living with illness; employees setting up benefits to take care of their families.
