The Emergency Department at Lafayette Hospital + Clinics is open 24/7 to provide expert care for patients in need of immediate medical attention.
Designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, our Emergency Department is fully staffed around the clock with an in-house physician and registered nurse. Our team is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) standards, ensuring high-quality care during critical moments.
For non-life-threatening conditions, Urgent Care services are also available through our Emergency Department.

Level IV Trauma Care Center
Lafayette Hospital + Clinics provides advanced trauma life support prior to a transfer to a Level I or II facility. The Wisconsin Trauma Care System recognizes Wisconsin-based hospitals that provide optimal emergency treatment to injured patients.
